I’m Ramakrishnan, I’m a personal trainer. I had a back injury due to that I had a severe back pain. I could not sit and eat my food on the floor. First I met my family doctor, he advised me to take bed rest and change my profession. Then I met my friend Dr Taher Kudrati who referred me to Dr Mansi Ashta. I would like to say that Dr Mansi really motivated me and gave me the confidence that I could continue with my workout because I had good core strength. Then I gradually started my workout (strength training). After two weeks I started to feel that my back pain is reducing. Now I have no pain at all. I squat with 385 lbs and deadlift with 495 lbs.
